    I did send my wife's and my daughter's RFE in one package. But have separate cover lettter and folder. One packet is enough, clearly distiguish between two set of papers.

    My wife and I got RFE on medical. Now I am sending response to RFE. Do I need to send the RFE response individually by FEDEX or Can I send both of us responses in one FEDEX package? Please advise. Thanks.

    Hi,
    Find below my current visa status

    1. H1B 6 years completing in Jul 2009. My firm will apply for extension in March time frame

    2. I have applied for I-485 and have EAD + AP.

    I am planning to travel to India for a week on AP sometime in May. I have the following Qs on this

    1. Can I travel to India with AP when H1B extn is pending.

    2. Will I face any issue while entering the US if my H1B is denied (or) there is an RFE on my appln?

    Please answer these for me.

    I have got an offer from 2 companies for H1 . One is from INFOREEM (NJ based) and other is AFFUEL SYSTEMS (TAMPA/Atlanta based). Can anybody please has any reviews?

    As per my knowledge, You will be out of status if you didn't your H1B approval.
    So you should try alternative things, like moving on to F1 or H4 dependent Visa.

    If you have EAD you should not worry at all.

    About USCIS, sometimes it won't get updated. One of my cousin's H1B was canelled and compant got confirmation mail, But still his status shown as active from past 1 year. Make sure with your Employer (ABC/initial company who has your h1B upto Feb-2011) that they got letter from USCIS.

    So we got an RFE. Bummer. Some of the things were really simple things, like I missed signing in one spot... oops. Had to get a copy of my dad's birth certificate because he's supporting my husband with his income. But two of the RFEs were for taxes which I am 99% sure that I sent in for 2007 for both my father and I, so I don't know why we got an RFE for that (I just ordered the tax transcripts for all 3 years for the both of us, just to make it easier). Anyway, they also want my dad's paystubs for the last 6 months. Cool. So I went through my dads paystubs, and two of the paystubs are missing from the last 6 months - one from May and one from March

    Friends,

    With only 3 weeks left in Sep 2008 (keeping in mind that my PD is current since Aug-01), I have decided to contact DHS Ombudsman and Congressman for help.

    But I dont know how to start.

    I read the posting from googler.

    Is that number provided still valid or is that fax number?
    Does any one know?


    Also, how do I go about contacting Congressman? I can look up their address but dont know how to make a first move? should I write to him directly or should I call his office and explain over phone?



    Any thoughts?

    All help will be very much appreciated.:)

    Note: For all peeps, who are going to say, "You cant write your own english letter?"..No..I dont...What I know better is write C++ code :D

    If you go to the USCIS website (www.uscis.gov) you can download the EAD application and the list of documents that you are required to submit. My understanding is that the location where you file your EAD is dependent on the State where you live. The EAd application instructions include information on where to file depending on the State where you live.

    yup. you should have completed 180 days I guess after getting 140 approved. There are many threads for this discussion. try to find it.

    Its not for the I-140. If you have completed 180 days after applying I-485 & I-140 approved, you can use the AC21. But if you have only I-140, there is no use.

    Dear All,

    I followed the instructions and clicked where indicated and the programme ran and produced �I�m all GUI inside�. However, instead of the neat rounded corners, I only saw square corners.

    I am trying to design my programmes using rounded corners, which is why I read the tutorial and downloaded Expression Blend 4.

    Please advise,
