I just posted a ton of photos
Just thought you might want to check out a few photos I took of Green Day (direct link below).
I kind of went over and posted too many (67) .
Check'em out!
I'm also taken photo in Indy of them.

Anything you like in there? Let me know.
I only had one lens with me that night my canon 70-200mm 2.8L
I'm not really used to shooting shows with just that lens, but I think I got a couple of keepers (well I think):o

Consider a consultant-only company where all employee work on client projects and all got EAD and can change employer anytime they want. What happens if everyone leave the company after 180 days and you (and few other) still continue. As this will have great impact on company balance sheet how this may effect final GC approval of those still continue? Most of us will have to wait 3-4 years before we get GC approved. Can it cause any problem or RFE? Or I-140 approval must be enough to show that employer is able to support the employee after GC approval. Just a thought.

I am currently working for Company A and would like to join company B on EAD. I have a valid EAD and would use it to switch over.
My question is
1. what document's are needed to send to USCIS for AC 21 for/from company B.
2. Do I need to send any documents?
Thanks for you

I'm almost done with my portrait class and I'm still having some posing issues (portrait work isn't reallly my thing, apparently.)
I put the Mamiya away and played with the 1D this week. Other than some levels adjustments and resizing, they haven't been altered.
What do you think?

...man so much noise...
I'm finding the same thing with my D2H. Take a look at the auto photo I attached earlier today for the noise in the shadows there - yuck. I've also seen an exposure shifting problem during any kind of motordrive and autoexposure. If I select manual mode it seems to go away. But I've examined shot sequences where EXIF data indicates identical Aperture and Shutter and yet there is a shift. I wonder if these things have that much production variance to cause noise and calibration problems like this.

what do other d2h shooters think?
thanks
